This class will serve as an introduction to clay, the hand-building process, and the studio. Over the course of 10 weeks, we will explore the basics of hand-building and will work with tools, stamps, and slips to create interesting and beautiful forms. This class is limited to four students, and is a pre-requisite and foundational course or anyone interested in taking wheel-throwing or advancing in clay studies at Green House Pottery.
